Sign into your iFIT account on your own device and connect it to the T Series 5 Treadmill. Your home page will show the next workout in your personalised plan. As you work out, iFIT tracks your performance and automatically changes the treadmill’s 0-10% incline range, and 0-10 MPH to exactly what you need, so every workout is hands-free and personalised to you. 

Add your own Bluetooth-enabled heart rate monitor, and iFIT can automatically change your workout intensity to keep you in a target zone with ActivePulse™.

The KeyFlex™ cushioned deck is designed to provide support to absorb impact and make walking and running more comfortable. The device shelf keeps your phone or tablet in an optimal viewing position. This treadmill is compact and designed to fit most living spaces.

Heart-rate-zone training is effective and iFIT makes it easier than ever. With a heart rate monitor, ActivePulse™ automatically adjusts the speed and incline to keep you in the targeted zone.
SmartAdjust™
Your treadmill follows your iFIT Trainer’s speed and terrain automatically. As your fitness improves and you manually change your intensity, iFIT will adjust the rest of the workout to match your preferences.
AI Coach (beta)
iFIT AI Coach works with you directly to help you build healthy habits and keep you accountable. Once you set your goal, AI Coach will schedule workouts for you, and you’ll see them automatically in your iFIT profile.
